I went out to the warehouse and measure the Ultra-Fab Locking Multi-Purpose Access Door for RVs # UF48-979010. It's going to require an opening approximately 6" wide by 6" tall due to the beveled in section that allows the door to sit flush in the bracket.

Based on the information we have in our system you will need either the Lippert # LC66WD or Dexter # K23-478-479 brake kits for each of your axles depending on who manufactured your axle. These are 10" diameter by 2-1/4" wide brake assemblies.
